Hannah is the founder of Nurture & Rise Collective — a vision born from working closely with multiple families over the past eight years. As a maternity nurse and nutritionist, she saw first and how many mums were left unsupported when it came to their own health and wellbeing. This gap inspired her to build a service that cares for the whole family — from pre-pregnancy health to postpartum recovery, infant development, weaning, and even partner involvement.
With a background in Global Public Health Nutrition, Hannah combines her deep knowledge of maternal health with lived experience to support families through every stage of the parenting journey. She’s passionate about helping mums feel nourished, confident, and truly seen — especially in those messy, beautiful early days of motherhood.
Senior Nanny & Maternity Nurse | 25+ Years’ Experience
Jayneth brings a lifetime of wisdom and care to the Nurture & Rise team. With over 25 years of experience as a senior maternity nurse and nanny, she’s been a trusted guide for hundreds of families across the UK and abroad.
Known for her calm presence, nurturing energy, and hands-on newborn expertise, Jayneth specialises in infant routines, sleep support, and postnatal transitions — particularly for first-time mums or those recovering from complex births. She’s our “mama of the mums,” often guiding families through their earliest days with warmth and care.
Registered Nutritionist | Sustainability & Family Wellness Advocate
With a decade-long career in the corporate sustainability sector, Chelsea brings both business insight and wellbeing advocacy to our collective. Now a qualified nutritionist, Chelsea focuses on maternal and family health, combining science-backed nutrition with practical, realistic strategies for busy households.
Chelsea is passionate about building sustainable routines for modern mothers — from batch-cooking and conscious eating to reducing overwhelm in the kitchen. She also leads our family meal planning consultations and supports long-term wellbeing goals for both
parents and children.
Family Nutritionist & Maternal Wellbeing Advocate
Mej is a passionate Public Health Nutritionist who brings both professional expertise and lived experience to the Nurture & Rise team. As a new mother herself, she understands first hand the emotional and physical demands of pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood — and how essential it is to have the right support, knowledge, and nourishment during this
time.
With experience working across community health, family nutrition, and maternal wellbeing, Mej is deeply committed to helping parents feel confident in their feeding choices and supported in their recovery. She believes that nutrition isn’t just about food — it’s about care,
empowerment, and connection.
At Nurture & Rise, Mej supports our antenatal and postnatal nutrition offerings and is particularly passionate about educating families (including dads and carers) on how they can play a powerful role in a mother’s recovery and a baby’s healthy start.
